Benjamin and Lewis clash, so Benjamin is placed "out of the way" during an expositional skill demonstration, until she is called into action by a General who has a surprise relationship to Benjamin.
Parachuting into a swamp at night, the girls don't get back so Capt Lewis and Sgt Ross go looking for them. Lewis steps in a snare and twists her ankle and she and Ross get rescued by the girls floating by on a raft.
Judy wants to have a party and invite some male soldiers. Lewis and Winter are set on breaking it up. Judy and her friends end up having the party while Lewis and Winter wander all over the base in the rain looking for the location.
Benjamin spends a day as Capt Lewis' aide. The Capt mellows and spends an enjoyable evening with an old flame. In the morning, Judy is ill so is replaced by Winter, who is all Army. No one believes Judy's stories of how Lewis behaved.
