Sequel mania
It's pretty silly and it's the sequel to "Screwballs". A movie that is considered a classic by some. But while you can argue about the quality of the first movie (especially if you had watched it back in the day and like to reminisce about the good old days), it's almost impossible to find anything good in this one. It tries to up the ante, in the sex comedy department, but does not achieve it.
It even tries to copy some scenes (the first doctor related at the beginning), again upping the ante. But it doesn't achieve much. You have to have really low expectations to like this or have watched it back in the day too. Maybe though you can see through the mist of remembering that it is not funny at all. The main song also reminds me of "Footloose" a lot. I wonder if there was a controversy when the movie came out ... doesn't matter though.

Less than funny rehash of the original
The original Screwballs seemed to be beloved, however found it to be not great and quite overrated. Now this follow up two years later (since the original was apparently a success, a sequel would occur) was lesser in several ways.
The humor is just as bad and the over the top gimmicks don't exactly hit. One better aspect somewhat is that there are four main characters opposed to five. There were more focus on each individual which gave for a better story arc. The women were just as good, if not better. Lead by young French teacher Mona Lott- whom was the primary focus of the guy's attention.
This film follows similar gags seen in the original such as one of the characters dressing up as a woman to sneak into the women's area. A similar school swimming scene. Also the ending is very similar and predictable- the ultimate payoff occurs again and everyone seemed pleased.
Perhaps not as good or memorable as the original, though neither are great and essentially just films to watch not to deep think but to see skin. This is a slight downgrade.

Everyone likes Screwballs better but...
Hey, this was one of a line of random movies we rent at parties. We didn't even know that it was the sequel to some other movie, maybe that's a good thing from what I've read. But all I know is that we laughed our heads off the whole movie and has been the best random movie that we rented so far. Now we'll have to go back and try to find that other movie before it.
A few screws loose, mind the pun.
Pretty much the start of this sequel is same at the start of it's predecessor, plus a few other familarities, even plot. This non awesome foursome are practically pigs, two hunk sorts, plus the geek, and the fatty- CLICHE'D! Right. But too, it's very funny, much funnier than no one, and hot, but also entertaining as.... well you know. One of the things I think I like most, about this typical, did I say cliched, fun T and A comedy, and there's quite a few saucy honeys, not just schoolgirls, and we see them wholily and appreciatively. You never wanna see French in another light again, oh yeh, and she's SMOKIN HOT! You do have to admire it for it's audacity, and this is what this T and A flick is. But too, yes, but, this movie has an awesome title opening soundtrack. But again, a comedy with no substance, but all the guilty pleasures, ala 80's. The girls have brains for peanuts, loving the non awesome foursome's acts of vulgarity never offended or angry, and we too have a sort of Porky's Ms Ballbreaker head mistress, to keep the girls in line.
Very Loose indeed!!
While not as good as the original. This sequel was still funny and yes boobs a plenty. 2 actors from original Star in this sequel. I'll let you watch and find out your. Definitely worth a look.
