The orientation of the pentacle on the Golem's chest keeps changing during the creation scene.
In the space of time it takes for Loew and Famulus to carry the Golem up from the basement, Famulus' leggings have changed from white to dark gray.
The golem's position relative to the beam when pulling the chain to stoke the fire.
When the Golem is standing with some Knights at the Rosenfest. At the very end of the scene stones or rocks are falling from above and hitting one of the Knights on his head.
When the Golem stands at the Feast with two Knight Guardians you can see at the end of the Scene that something that look
like rocks are falling on the Knight far to the right of the Picture.
The story is set in the 16th Century. A prediction of doom is made based on the movements of Uranus, which was not discovered until 1781.
When the Rabbi returns with the Golem from the Feast, just before the Golem becomes angry at the Rabbi you can see briefly the top of a Crew Members head passing by at the window. This Scene is supposed to be playing in an upper room of a Tower.
When the dancers move for the first time at the Kaisers Feast you can see briefly a Hand from behind the camera, in the left Corner, giving some sort of Signal.
