- Goofy: [whispering] Ice.
- Mickey Mouse: The sheriff.
- Donald Duck: The sheriff.
- Goofy: [Loud] The sheriff?
- Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck: Shh!
- Mickey Mouse: We gotta move.
- Donald Duck: We gotta move.
- Goofy: [as if talking to someone behind him] We gotta move.
- [Notices there is no one behind him; laughs]
- Pete: [the doorbell rings and the someone bangs on the door, Mickey and Donald hide] Open the door!
- Donald Duck: Nobody home!
- Pete: OPEN THE DOOR!
- [Mickey Mouse walks up to the door and opens the window door]
- Mickey Mouse: Heh. Good morning.
- [Mickey gets punched in the face and the arm reaches for the doorknob and opens it. Sherriff Pete barges in the room and shows his id badge]
- Mickey Mouse: The sheriff!
- Donald Duck: The sheriff!
- [Pete shows a warning paper notice that says Dispossessed]
- Pete: You ain't payed the rent!
- Mickey Mouse: Oh, oh, we'll get it!
- Donald Duck: Oh we'll get it!
- [Pete points his finger at Mickey's face]
- Pete: Too late! I'm selling your furniture! SEE! COME HERE! Mu wa ha ha ha ha ha!
- [Donald Duck walks over to Pete and he lights a match and lights his cigar and throws the match in Donald's mouth and Pete storms out the house. Donald throws up a match and coughs]
- Donald Duck: Come on back and fight you big hoodlum! Quack quack quack!
- [Pete hammers nails on the door and Donald hides in an umbrella]
- Donald Duck: [after failing to pull the toilet plunger off of his feathery bottom] So.
- Donald Duck: [Donald Duck tries to pull off the toilet plunger but he falls on the floor in a sitting position and the stick slaps Donald Ducks face after it's still stuck on Donald's bottom] So.
- Donald Duck: [Donald Duck twists the plunger in frustration and the plunger stick flies like a helicopter and it gets caught in the hanging light fixture with the plunger still stuck on Donald's rear end] So!
- Donald Duck: [after Donald Ducks rear end gets free from the toilet plunger, he falls down and his bottom lands in the fishbowl and the toilet plunger falls and gets stuck on his head. Donald wrestles with the plunger and falls on the floor, the plunger gets free but Donald's rear end is still stuck in the fishbowl] So.
- Donald Duck: [after Donald Ducks rear end gets stuck in the fishing bowl, he ties the stretching belt to the door knob and the fishing bowl] That's the last straw!
- Donald Duck: [Donald Duck runs but the rug mat causes him to slip and it causes him to crash against the door and his lower body gets stuck inside the fishing bowl with his head and feet sticking out] So!
