Pill Peddlers

The bulldog is the instructor at a gymnasium, snoozing at his desk when Heckle and Jeckle set up a stand selling vitamin pills guaranteed to make them money outside. They get into a foofaraw.

Although the talking magpies were consistently Terrytoons' best feature (don't get me started on Mighty Mouse!), by this point their best movies were behind them. Still, there are the usually well-executed high speed gags, as well as couple that I haven't noticed before. They're executed in such a delightfully offhand manner that they bring a smile to my face and, I hope, yours. (and stay away from Mighty Mouse!)
