A cartoon hand draws a cartoon fox in a ten-gallon hat. The fox completes the outfit with a sheriff's badge and a gun. He then proceeds to tangle with a bad guy, defeating him by drawing in whatever cartoon details are needed, while commenting on the proceedings.

Paul Terry's last theatrical cartoon as producer is quite funny in a derivative and inexpensive way. It was a hallmark of his forty-two years as a cartoon producer. He once remarked that he was content to let Disney be the Tiffany of cartoon studios. He was happy to be the Woolworth's. Besides, CBS was buying him out for $5,000,000. That is the equivalent of almost $60,000,000 today, which is a nice piece of change for a seventy-year-old man. He lived well for another 14 years, dying in 1971 at the age of 84.
