This is movie which had good comedy, romance and emotions. This is one of the best Hindi movies. The songs are superb. The story is entertaining & true to life. One can't take anything for granted. Live the moment you have to the fullest extent you never know what will happen next. True to the title song.
I wish Hemlata had gotten more opportunities to sing more songs. The title song is among the top 10 best ever romantic songs.
Though this is a 70's movies, it applies to current times too. It has a light beginning of college life, competition, fights, romance, and a great anti-climax.

Rajshee were master of simplicity...and so this movie was...a cute and so emotional love story that I dont think we can compare with any other love story...I did not like Sachin till this movie but now I am a fan of him after watching this one...and Ranjeeta is adorable and so cute...story was so simple but powerfull...and what to say about music and songs...simply outstanding...title song sung by hemlata mam was mesmorising...this movie always brings tears to my eyes whenever I saw it...this movie is a big lesson to now a days movie which have no sense but only vulgarity....
Starring Sachin and Ranjeeta, Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se movie is one of the best Bollywood movie. It is a mixture of great romantic story, powerful acting, top class direction, very good story and "a path breaking song of Indian cinema".
The movie was released in 1978. It was superhit and remains one of the best Indian movie of 20th century.

this movie is one of those few Indian movies that portrays realistic picture rather than the typical ideal picture. I likes this movie because the characters in this movie seem real, they can be anyone you go to college with or see on the street. Another thing was the main conflict that the characters face, it is portrayed without too much drama and in a way that tugs your heart, you'll laugh and you'll cry, it's a tear jerker! it will make you appreciate the presence of the one you love in your life. the songs are amazing. especially like the one with kabir's and rahim's dohe (one of those few INTELLIGENT songs u'll ever hear)
Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se(1978) movie can be watch to learn importance of life. Its story is so great that it should be included in school and College curriculum for a exam of 'ethics and integrity'.
Very good acting of characters especially poignant role of actress Ranjeet Kaur as Lily.
Special thanks for superb writer, director, the great singer Hemlata, and others.
