Hard Bounty

First off, I can never respect or pay any mind to this comment because the "critic" completely bashes Kelly McGillis...not so much that I am defending McGillis...but she ISN'T IN THE MOVIE.

Secondly, the movie wasn't that bad. It's obviously going to wind up on Cinemax at 3AM, but there's nothing wrong with that. It's not overly "raunchy" as the other comment claims.

The actors all did a good job...the only problem I had with it is that Kelly LEBROCK (not McGillis) has a British accent which she can't seem to kick...which is a continuity problem being that her "other sisters" all have western accents.

as a fan of Jim wynorski films i had to check this out,some will think this is a rip off of the western bad girls but its not.Matt McCoy(hand that rocks the cradle)plays a bounty hunter known as the holy ghost. his flame(Kelly lebrock)is a prostitute at the saloon/brothel.his ex friend(john terlisky)comes into town looking for no good.wynorski regular(jay Richardson)is the crooked land baron.and then there's the sheriff(Ross hagen)who hits the sauce.as westerns go its pretty good. but one of the flaws is they didn't do breast implants back then as you'll see,I'm not complaining.sexy Rochelle Swanson plays one of the prostitutes.character actor George buck flowers plays the barkeep. look for directer Fred Olen ray as a gunslinger.its a fun movie.westerns come a long way since john Wayne and Randolph Scott. Kelly lebrock who was in the women in red and sexy Lisa in weird science is looking good.this was co produced by actor Andrew Stevens.I'm giving hard bounty 8 out of 10,its a good little movie,and a sexy western.

With the help of a Gunfighter three Girls show what "Girlpower" really means. It's a typically Jim Wynorski film and it's a good one. John Terlesky as bad guy Carver dressed in black and with that typical "bad-guy-look" has a few great and memorable appearances. The three beauties Kelly LeBrock, Kimberly Kelley and Rochelle Swanson are really worth to watch. Give this movie a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Someone please tell me why anyone making a serious Western movie could be so ignorant that they would ruin it at the very beginning by having the main character rapidly fire seven times from a six-shooter? Foley artists not counting shots is a cardinal sin in Westerns. If you cannot make it realistic, don't make it at all. It's easy to see how I missed this movie when it was originally released. Amazon must be getting desperate if they are digging up stuff like this. Ripping off similar scenes from Clint Eastwood's movies is one thing, but there is no excuse for such a glaring mistake within the first three minutes of a Western.

Matt McCoy is good in roles that fit him. The Hand That Rocks the Cradle comes to mind and the underrated Dead On. But this genre definitely isn't for him. The hardened bounty hunter comes riding in off the dusty trail looking spotless in his white duster and well groomed Miami Vice beard. He tries hard to channel Clint Eastwood stogies, macho voice and all... and it is just ridiculous. One or two more jokes and it would have been a great spoof or parody but it tries to be serious and just falls flat. I guess the only thing that's not flat about it are the breasts. That would be about the only thing that makes it more entertaining than watching paint dry or grass grow.
