When Michele and Jake smash through the window together, they are shown lying on the ground and there are no glass shards or debris anywhere around them.
When Jake is descending down the building with the firehose, the speed at which the hose is unwinding is quite slow. The terrorist then grabs the hose to stop it, and shortly after releases it to let it unwind again. However, the speed at which it unwinds the second time is distinctly quicker than the first time.
Jake falls several storeys down the side of the building and lands in a small pile of garbage bags, gets up and promptly walks away with no injuries or scratches. The small pile of garbage bags is nowhere near sufficient to cushion the fall of an adult male from several storeys with no ill-effects. At the very least, he should have some bruising and be experiencing some pain.
The explosions on the first two bridges are obviously superimposed into the footage, since they are pixelated animations.
Obvious stunt double for Jake when Jake and Michele are dangling at the side of the building and he asks "So, how was the rest of your day?" The actor has a completely different hairstyle to David Hasselhoff.
