- Timothy Dugan: Sir, I happen to know that area very well and the prevailing winds at this time of year. That bomb goes off, the Death's Head virus will cover Jersey, Pennsylvania and most of Ohio in ten hours. Now, you want to explain to the governors of those states why you just wiped out forty-million people?
