fine film for all wrestling fans

Never before has a movie captured the very essence of what it is like to be a Professional Wrestler. The Sleepless takes the viewer through the myth and magic of "Wild" Turnbuckle's career and a look at his life behind the curtain as his world comes crumbling down around him. Great film. A must for all wrestling fans.

a must see for all wrestling fans...

Few movies have ever captured the magic of Professional Wrestling as this fine film. It starts out slow and spirals into a roller-coaster ride through the fame, glory and evils of this proud sporting tradition. The viewer gets an up close look at the life of a Pro Wrestler and the trials he must face. Great piece. Highly Recommend. Two thumbs up!

Amy Hathaway is in it...

Which in itself is as good a reason as any to watch it repeatedly.

Good film, I'm not a wrestling fan but I liked this movie. However, as a huge fan of the adorable Amy...I'm truly biased.

quite a fine film about pro wrestling's dark nature...

good film. shawn andrews (of dazed and confused fame) plays "Wild" Kamala Turnbuckle, a bloodthirsty grappler with a nailgun fetish. after he accidentily kills his opponent one night (who is actually his best friend and roommate), he turns to drugs and domestic violence. provides a dark contrast behind the curtains and fancy fireworks of the world of pro wrestling.
