I was there! October 18, 1998 from 6:00 PM until 10:30 PM at the Rosemont Horizon was the best PPV ever seen by man...

I have been to plenty of WWF events in Chicago since 1996, but this was the best PPV I have ever seen. The pyro, the action, the length. This card was flawless in almost every way. Some may say that my comment is biased knowing I was there, but seriously, you try watching Sunday Night Heat and the PPV live, while getting your billboard shown twice, and saying it sucked after that infamous line "YOUR FIRED!" (of course, the act goes on).

Judgment is guilty of a poor event.

Very poor lots of matches that felt like we had already seen them already viewed with no resolution to the feuds or building of the conflict. Steve Blackman and Bradshaw open with some alright wrestling no. LOD 2000 hawk animal dros versus the versus the disciples with Paul Ellery ( End of the road here for this legendary tagteam for awhile ) Christian first match knowing the career that will follow probably the highlight of the night .

Goldberg and Val Venus X pac Delo brown headbangers versus the new age outlaws Ken Shamrock and mankind mark Henry and rock and the main event of the undertaker versus kane with special guest referee stone cold Steve Austin. The crowd can be heard same boring boring boring during this match. Which just about sums up the whole night didn't really feel like many superstars were elevated out of this night other than stone cold Steve Austin. Weakest event for awhile.
