Zenon is back! The original story continues! I would highly reccomend this movie and its prequel to any family-film lovers. Although it is disappointing that some of the original characters and/or actors aren't in this continance, Storms is and she has proven that she is a very talented young actress. I only have one hope: that Disney keeps this fun series going!
The only things that I found remotely entertaining about Zenon the Zequel were her new wardrobe, the alien's spaceship and Protozoa's new song. This movie was terrible with an overall boring, stupid plot. The fact that Zenon, Marjie, Commander Plank and Protozoa were the only returning characters was extremely disappointing and took away from the fun cast dynamic that was present in Zenon Girl of the 21st Century. It bothered me that they couldn't even give the new actress who played Nebula a different name (and make her Zenon's new best friend) instead of pretending to be someone with the fame of Raven-Symone. I hope that Kirsten Storms is prudent enough to keep with her role on Days of Our Lives and look back on this film as her career flop, vowing never to let something like this happen again.
Zenon Girl of the 21st Century was the first disney movie I ever saw and I went on to love others such as Alley Cats Strike, The Other Me and Brink!, but I hope to never incur the unfortunate circumstance of having to view Zenon the Zequel again.

Zenon's back, as the series returns with Zenon The Zequel. Personally, in my opinion, this movie was excellent. The movies plot did have some faults, unlike the first movie, but it kept up with the story. New and exciting things include ZAP-PADs, which are updated versions of the Communicator, Zenon's new wardrobe, and more insight into the Space-Stay. I do agree with others that this movie did have some flaws. Perhaps the most major flaw is that the plot deviated from the story sometimes. However, both movies in the series are excellent major! I do recommend them to anyone who is interested.
Ok where to begin! This movie was a little disappointing. To being with, Zenon's acting coach must have left with Raven Symone. When she was in the first movie, her acting was believable, but her acting in this movie was a little too much, she needs to tone it down and stop trying so hard. Next, the movie itself has many mistakes, tiny little ones. In the first movie, couldn't they only bring to the spay-stay what they could cultivate? No animals? So why were they eating turkey?! Maybe they were space zappad dinners, who knows. And maybe in space they put on socks with wet nail polish, too -- since Margie's socks were glued to her toes and wouldn't be if she had let her toenails dry like us normal humans. And what happened to the other characters in the movie?! All her space friends? Maybe they contacted Miss Cleo and she told them this movie was going to be a bomb and they kept their distance. And if Protazoa is trying to hide from the public, why is his secret hideout posted on his website? Ok, I don't want to seem like I am babbling, so in summary -- if you are looking for a laugh, see this movie--it's full of them!!
My only interest in the Zenon series has only been for Kirsten Storms. Who of course for Days Of Our Lives fans plays Belle Black on the show.
This is a silly movie. But indeed fun to watch. There's alot of silly shows for children and young adults. This one though is rather fun. Sure some spots might be a tad unbearable. But that's what they made the remote for. My only disappointment is that it isn't on dvd. :(
