Both Gorm and Jimmy expect a lot from the new employee Jette - each in their own way. Connie is more reserved, and besides, she has enough to do with the twins and her husband Bjørn. Gorm and Jimmy also have problems - Gorm's wife is seriously ill in the hospital, and Jimmy is short of money.
