The reviewer was right, it's a great movie about inner child healing, listening to your younger self when you were a child.
The second half of the movie had a beautiful home and a red truck and lots of snow and a train station and a great relationship and a golden retriever! Lol. Everything you could once in a great Christmas movie.
(apparently I don't have enough characters in my review to leave a review so I'm just saying some more words here, lol)
I liked the familiarity of the story as well as the twist.

This darling and heartwarming movie has so much to give to viewers. Ally Walker displays a wide range of emotions as the adult Susan while Hayden Panettiere, as the young Susan, is winning and joyful without a touch of hamminess. Tom Amandes shows up as the perfect potential love interest. Don't wait until the holidays to seek out this gem. Spread the glow of this film with your family tonight.
Not Academy Award stuff, but definitely a movie I'll watch with a date next Christmas. I gave it a 9.
