One of the best Real Estate shows out there!!!
Luv this show, been a fan for almost all of its twenty-four years!
I find it much more satisfying than other popular UK real estate shows such as " Escape..." where purchases are rarely made. You get a great sense of the different counties, villages, towns and cities throughout Britain - geography and sometimes a bonus history lesson ! Thrilled to see so many episodes available on YouTube!
I would also recommend that other fans seek out their Relocation , Relocation series, still Phil and Kirsty as hosts, pre 2008 market - when London properties were sold for big £££ and buyers were looking for - and often bought a country house or estate and a London flat!!

Good - Just Good
I am not a big fan of Location, Location, Location.
Location, Location, Location gains insight on people interested in properties in different areas of the UK. Our hosts, seem to be people with a relative knowledge of the property market. Presenting is okay - they try to engage the audience as much as possible, while being friendly towards the property hunters.
The biggest reason I do not like this show is because of the very limited amount of audience it is aimed to. I cannot think of a show involving property markets being inducing for the general audience - that is a farmer, an assistant, a child, enjoying watching this TV series. Other than that, the episodes are repetitive. It is normal for a TV series to have the same structure, but, I could not see myself watching more than a few episodes if I were not interested in buying a property.
Oh, I do not believe close-ups help in all cases. Maybe medium-shots during the running-time would be better.

Well Structured Property Programme.
So it appears that this show has been around 15 years, yet sadly, I have only just thought to watch it this season!
As you all probably know, 'Location, Location, Location' is a TV show hosted by Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer in which they both take on different sets of people who are looking to buy a new property. Usually, these people are the most pernickety, hard to please and often, completely unrealistic people that could possibly be in the market for a new home. The show flicks between the two hosts as they show off 3 or 4 properties each. You get to see some incredible homes in some lovely settings and locations. Kirstie and Phil have great chemistry and complement each other well, their wit that they share is very family orientated and often a little cringe-worthy, but that is to be expected.
Overall I do enjoy this show and already find it strangely addictive, it can become slightly repetitive but the shows are split up nicely and episodes feel well planned and structured. I would recommend watching the latest series of this but not re-watching older episodes as you will be knocked sick by the house prices on episodes from 10+ years ago!

Entertaining and insightful
The program managers make this something extra good. The good chemistry, the humor in combination with the expert knowledge make it very entertaining. Even though I live in another country, I keep getting tips on what is important to think about when it comes to home buying. Besides, England is my favorite destination and it is fun to see old places and what the prices of housing are around the country. Participants are also very different, with budgets varying. It allows more people to relate to the different episodes. Very good.
Good idea
I have enjoyed watching this series from the start and Kirsty and Phil are the perfect team to present it. I originally thought that they were romantically entangled as their on screen chemistry is perfect. It has since been made known that they are good friends married to other people. They manage to do the job of finding homes for some of the pickiest anal beings I have ever seen without hitting them with something shows excellent restraint. I do not think that I could do it. One would also assume that their business (which is like the programme) would be soaring as they have such great promotion through being on TV all the time, but apparently that has gone into liquidation - go figure! Both Kirsty and Phil have gone on to doing other things separately and successfully too and good luck to them I say.
