Craig David sacrifices a day of making love - so that could be a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday - to improve his medieval jousting skills, and David Blaine helps a woman overcome her fear of chickens. At the Soap Awards, Avid meets the heroes of Hollyoaks, Coronation Street's Suranne Jones and Sally Lindsay, and Alex Ferns from Eastenders. Very strong language
