In chapter 2 of story mode, while Samurai Goroh tells Captain Falcon "You can't back down now..." and turns away from him, the katana that Samurai Goroh is holding disappears for a split second.
In chapter 4 of story mode, there's a brief moment where the wings on Captain Falcon's helmet clip through the Blue Falcon's windshield. Later in the chapter, Captain Falcon's hand clips through it.
In chapter 8 of story mode, Captain Falcon drives past a sign that says "Blockable Area". The sign is grammatically incorrect and should say "Blocked Area".
