Goofs

In Good Company

Edit

Continuity

When Carter is first meeting his staff, Hector's position in the audience shifts between shots, from the front to the rear and back again.
When Carter is calling his wife while on his treadmill, his wedding ring is on his right hand.
When Carter and Dan are having lunch in the sushi restaurant, there is a point where Carter offers Dan sushi. In two sequential shots of Dan, meant to be in sequence, the same woman in red enters from the right and walks behind Dan.
After playing tennis with his daughter, Foreman's sweat disappears and reappears between shots.
At Dan's birthday party, Carter is standing in the background when Dan moons the group. Right after, Carter is outside in the Porsche with Alex, clearly not inside the house yet.

Factual errors

Alex is depicted moving into the NYU residence hall Hayden as a transfer student. This residence hall is specifically assigned for freshmen and NYU does not admit freshmen transfer students.

Revealing mistakes

At 21 minutes, when his car is tagged by the GMC11 SUV, there is no air bag deployment, but when the shot changes back to the 911, the airbag is shown deflating.

Miscellaneous

In Teddy K.'s speech scene, the hand symbol behind him is of 2 left hands.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

After Teddy K.'s speech, Mark Steckle yells, "Teddy K!" several times, but his mouth isn't always moving.

Crew or equipment visible

When Dan and Carter are in the office after the altercation in the restaurant, a cameraman is reflected in the glass behind Carter.

Boom mic visible

When Carter Duryea is first meeting his staff, the boom microphone operator is reflected in the windows behind him.
