Shaktimaan

Being raised up during the shaktiman era was special and we are so emotionally attached with this show.

As soon as Shaktimaan 'word' enters our ears we enter into the days of our childhood days when watching it was an important part of out weekends. This was the impact that this series brought in the minds of children, though not only children watch it. This was a mix of ethics with fantasy, education with entertainment, ancient wisdom with modern technology. This series was marvel of Indian television was technology had not reached high tides like today. Wonderful presentation along with brilliant storyline this was a brilliant work of its days.

Talking about Shaktimaan, it is one of the best TV series of India. I got compelled to review the series by watching a negative review here.I don't have any idea how someone can find Shaktiman bad. It has got superhero, a heroin(Geeta Vishwas) and funny hero (Gangadhar) and also Dr. Jackal and Kilwish. Acting was good effects were okay for that time(and they haven't improved yet in India) .Overall it was too much fun to avoid. Surely if anyone watches it today they may find it bit bizarre but it was awesome at the it was aired. Indian small kids may never what a great series they missed. Also a special mention for the Kaladungapur Jungle episodes where we got a villain who was similar to Arnlod's Predator, those episodes were very very awesome.

Only people of my generation can understand what it really was! It was not just a tv show it was an escape for us all back then! An escape from the constraints of a poor middle class life.

I am a huge fan of Shaktimaan. I used to watch it in my childhood. When I got to know that it is now streaming on Amazon Prime I started again I have same level of interest for every episode. There are 4 seasons and I have watched 3 of them and will start 4th soon. I love it.
