please answer my questions:
1. Will Maribel be treated before marrying Alejandro? 2. What's the name of their son? 3. When will Hector realize that Rubi is an opportunist? what's the instance or situation? 4. i would like to clarify, will Alejandro and Sonia end up together? 5. What will happen to Maribel after she recovers from the loss of hector?
honestly, i don't like to watch this soap because it does't impart values. (sorry if you won't agree) i always believe that influences are packed into two: direct influence and indirect influence... one may say that she/he is not affected but somehow she/he doesn't know that he/she is already affected...
please answer my questions! thanks a lot...:)

I must say that Rubi is one of my favorites soaps! Everything was great, I've no words to describe it, it's just amazing!!! I congratulate all the actors and actresses who participate in this soap and made it so wonderful, especially Barbara Mori who made a wonderful performance. It's obvious that Rubi is different from all the other soaps, because the main heroine Rubi is a bad woman, also, the ending was completely different and surprising (I was chocked). But in spite of that, I think that Rubi is the best soap till now. In my opinion, Rubi has all the ingredients of a Hollywood script (greed, hypocrisy, selfishness, desire...) I wish that they would be another Rubi 2!!!
Ok but among all the Rubí remakes? The 2004 Bárbara Mori version + the 2010 Filipino adaptation easily top the list.
Mori's Rubí? ICONIC. Way more intense and layered than Angelica Panganiban's sassy, maldita take (which was fun, don't get me wrong). But Mori's performance?? You feel it. She's manipulative, beautiful, dangerous, and somehow realistically evil. Like, you lowkey get her.
Let's be real, no one's 100% kind or good all the time. We've all had a lil Rubí moment. Maybe not as dramatic or as evil as she is, but still. That's what makes this version hit so hard. It's messy, fun, terrifying, and sometimes even funny.
Unlike Panganiban's take, which added some soul, very on-brand for a typical Pinoy plot twist where the villain is "redeemed", Mori's Rubí stays true to the character. Because let's be honest, evil people rarely change.
Also, shoutout to this series for flipping the script. It gave us a lead character who wasn't a sweet little angel. She was morally gray, and the star. A total game-changer for telenovelas.
For me? 2004 Rubí will always be the version. The blueprint.
PS. The English dubbed version is now on YouTube so RUN.

i must say that its great telenovela here in q8 we all watch it , i like hector because he is Argentinian and he is very hansom , the story is very complicated and this make people eager 2 watch the next episode .the heroes are very good actors .the setting was very nice especially in cancun when i see this serial i really want to visit Mexico to see the beautiful places there . what makes me mad about this telenovela is the way it talks about love we see that rubi is an evil but when it comes to love she is completely another person she sacrifice everything for his sake she even compromise all her dreams for the only man in her life . i think hector is avery poor and sad guy because at the end he will lose it all.
Produced in Mexico, this telenovela (short novel adapted for television) is presented entirely in Spanish, without subtitles. Even though I understand Spanish, I think that's a shame because many English speakers would love this soap opera. I introduced it to some my English speaking friends, and they loved it. The only problem being the lack of sub-titles.
The characters immediately charm you. There is no more attractive cast appearing in any soap opera or telenovela anywhere.
The plot is less formulated than other telenovelas, resulting in a few surprises and twists that even the most seasoned enthusiast won't anticipate. The scenery is gorgeous too featuring Cancun and its fabulous beaches.
There is an element of comic relief provided by the Loreto character, (as portrayed by Miguel Pizarro), a gay fashion designer, and grand confidant of Rubi. He is famous for his comments that always begin with "Rubi, tan bella como..." meaning "Rubi, as beautiful as she is..." followed by an observation such as... ambitious or... desperate, etc. His infamous lines always end a scene in which Rubi shows her true colours, and not the beautiful and kind face she shows to others, in order to manipulate them.
Rubi really is a selfish, two-faced woman but, as portrayed by Barbara Mori, you really can't hate her, even when she truly deserves it.
I have watched many a telenovela from beginning to end, and this one is my favourite. I was a little disturbed by the last episode, but perhaps that's what makes this telenovela so good. My second favourite it "Amor Real".
