    Very self indulgent!

I'm afraid I was quite disappointed with this episode, which became increasingly self-indulgent and implausible as it went on. The poetry readings verged on the cringe-making. I think Assumpta and Peter deserved a better send-off than this.

Carmel Power: But, they were fairly close?

      Brendan: Who?

Carmel Power: Assumpta and the priest.

      Brendan: How d'you mean?

Carmel Power: Well, you know. Bit of a spark.

      Brendan: In what way?

Carmel Power: You can talk to me, you know. I'm not one of those kinds of journalist.

Brendan: Then why are you asking those kind of questions?
