This is the best series i've watched in school in terms of english teaching series ever!!

The series is based on a young latino football player Manni who travels to England to trial for London Rangers.

On the way to his success he stumbles upon many different struggles on the way to get there. He starts to like Emma and realizes that his "ex-girlfriend" is not really a girlfriend material and that he has to go through bullying from the coaches son that also plays in the club.

Unfortunately this series is cancelled and you can no longer find it online. This is really sad becasue the series is really good. I hope when somebody read this review that they help me find this series so i may rewatch it again.

I watched this TV series whilst on vacation in Dubai, It was the story of a foreign football player and his trials and tribulations. Its made in a soap format but its for foreign students learning English, The level of English is very high. It was shown on TV during the day and my friends would also watch it a college during there English lesson.

Some years later I went to watch the movie GOAL and found that the story line is very similar to that of the language TV series. I only managed to watch 3 weeks worth as I had to come home I would love it to be shown here on British TV. I would have loved to watch the whole series and of cause because it has the lovely ASH NEWMAN in it who I cant get enough of
