I'm giving this a 10 stars because it was always my fave thing ever but the more I watch it the more I realise it's probably more aimed at teens. I think the episodes were also rushed a bit because I notice a lot of mistakes like the wrong voices used for the wrong characters or one minute they have a hat on the next minute they don't. But who cares, it's so bad that it's good. I will always love it.
That means riddled with caricatures, clichés and stereotypes. It is NOT a reflection on reality. I can't believe some of the reviews I'm reading. This is a bad influence on young girls? Does Tom and Jerry encourage children to chase mice and whack them with a mallet? Stop being so silly! I'll admit I didn't like the concept of this when it first came out, what can possibly be entertaining watching 4 spoiled rich American girls moan and use snobbish expressions, but now it is 2015 I can look back and laugh. Kids used to dress in really revealing clothing in the 2000s and adults all over were whining about it when they were doing anything wrong.
And I disagree that they are brainless bimbos as other reviewers have said because on the show I watched today titled "Bratz Slumber Party" one of the girls was concerned about her chemistry exam. I think this means the show is actually a positive influence on children, showing them girls who juggle schoolwork, boys and everything else without ditching one for the other.

I grew up with bratz and re-watched the bratz show in my 20s. The show is great but definitely geared towards preteen, teens and up. The bratz have awesome fashion sense but the most important thing about this show is its showing that teenagers can be successful business owners. I still enjoyed it as an adult and which they'd bring back another show/season. I know that their outfits are the reason this brand gets so much hate but as a kid and even now, but I think it's overblown and makes the series underrated. The other reviews can't get over this even though Barbie also wore short skirts at time. Bratz is diverse, the music is memorable, and was well ahead of it's time.
These big headed girls, make me feel better about my big face. i was bullied throughout my schooling about it and this breathtakingly beautiful piece of work saved me life. brought me back up again when i was falling through snow whites well in a dream i had last night. i love how their feet can come off and i was like yeet. and the animation is just as amazing as foodfight 2012. its my mums favourite film but this show NEVER lets me down. i feel impowered by these young dolls and aspire to be them. this is the really juice out there.

I had to watch 'Bratz' for a pop culture class and was completely appalled by it. It shows young girls that it is okay to be superficial, slutty, vain, and stupid. Any parent who would purchase this for young girls disgusts me. Not only is it completely devoid of any positive role models, it is also not in the least entertaining. It was physically painful to watch all of the random, awkward statements from horribly under-developed characters. The situations are unoriginal and uninspired (i.e. 'everything goes wrong for prom night, but it all turns out okay in the end'). This show should be avoided by adults and children alike.
