London is of Asian decent but her given name (Tipton) is not Asian. This would mean that her father (presumably a white male) had adopted her.

London could be Asian-American. Her father could be white and her mother could be Asian. The last name "Tipton" came from her father.

Throughout the show, whenever Marion Mosesby asks a famous person for an autograph, he always says to have it made out to "Marion". The person asks him if the person is for a female relative. However, he is wearing a name tag; so it should be obvious to the person he is asking for the autograph himself.

Both Zach and Cody have Boston's "Don't Look Back" LP in their room and in the series spinoff "Suite Life on Deck" Zack mentions he's never heard of the band Boston despite having their Record in his room and living in the city of Boston.

Carey (Zach and Cody's mother) has talked about how she was a backup singer for Kenny Rogers yet in the series spin off "Suite Life on Deck" Zach and Cody claim to have never heard of Kenny Rogers yet their mother bragged about singing backup for him.

Maddie supposedly lives above the Fenway Monster at Fenway Park as depicted in the series as she can get peanuts or sodas and watch the games anytime. In real life there are no appartment buildings or houses above or even next to Fenway Park.

London wrecks her Dad's 1984 Corvette yet in a later episode it's mentioned by Moseby that London wrecked her Dad's 1986 Ferrari Testarossa.

Carey (Zach and Cody's) mother sings for a living at the Tipton yet numerous times throughout the series it's been mentioned that she was a backup singer for Linda Ronstadt, Elton John, Bob Seger, and Eddie Rabbitt. If she did in fact sing for all of those big name artists she would have been residing in Los Angeles as a full time session singer and not a cocktail singer in Boston.
