This show is nothing but a rehash of America's Funniest People that came on in the early 90's hosted by Dave Coullier and Tawny Kitaen. All of the clips shown on this show are straight from that show. I guess Vin Di Bona owns the rights to all of these clips and decided he could reuse them. I don't know why. America's Funniest People was one of the worst clip shows ever. Even when I was 11 and 12 years old and tried to watch that show, I thought it was crap. The people in the clips are about as funny as a severe stroke. The best thing about this show is to see the high hair and bad fashion that was the early 90's. I'm sure anyone that was unfortunate enough to have been on America's Funniest People and see themselves on this show know wish that they'd never submitted to such grossly poor decision making. Further, I don't know what street they dragged this host in from, but he has no business being on television. In fact, he has no business performing as a clown at children's birthday parties. This show is just awful. If you're looking for bad hair and bad fashion to get a laugh from, it might be your cup of tea . . . but for everyone else, avoid!!!
This program should be titled "America's Funniest...Revisited" as that's pretty much all it does: revisit videos from the Vin Di Bona home video vault. "That's Funny" is a half-hour collection of videos from "America's Funniest Home Videos" and it's short-lived sibling program "America's Funniest People" (which you can tell by looking at the early 90's styles in the cheesy mall segments) hosted by Rondell Sheridan who, in a nod to the original AFV with Bob Saget, does corny voiceovers to nearly every video and not done well. The only difference is there is no contest for the best video, it's your basic video clip show. The migraine-inducing colorful set looks to be crammed in a corner of a 40x40 studio in California.
Unless you like this stuff, don't bother watching. You'd be better off watching the new episodes of AFV on ABC.

I remember one of my local stations airing this every weekday afternoons and I'm not entirely sure what the point was. Every broadcast was just a re-edited episode of America's Funniest People (with Rondell Sheridan's hosting segments inserted in the originals' places) with newly shot comedy segments mixed in with the old ones. I know it wasn't easy trying to find reruns of AFV/AFP on cable or syndication at that time (except on TBS scheduled at irregular time periods), but I guess cash cow and series creator Vin Di Bona did lend a helping hand somewhat.
This is the worst show in the world. The clips make me want to kill myself and the host sucks. His voice sounds like a chipmunk. I don't know why this show is on TV, can't imagine anyone watches it, other than the ten minutes of my time I gave it. Try to avoid this show with all your might, and it won't be hard. Harold Reynolds, "NO!" Well thats all I have to say about this piece of crap show, I guess its better than watching NASCAR, but not much. I'd rather poke my eyes out that watch this piece of crap. This show really sucks I hate rondell sheridian, can't believe he considers himself a comedian, that should be against the law. Fox really likes to show crappy stuff sometimes.
This has got to be one of the worst shows ever. The clips look like they were shot in the 70's, the voice overs all sound the same, the host isn't charming, the crowd looks like they were forced into being there.
The clips sometimes take place in a mall, where they (I think) have people come and try to do "hilarious stunts". These stunts are usually just people burping or popping there eyes out. Just horrible... The host tells the same old jokes over and over again, but seems to think they're insanely funny. I don't know the guy who does the voice overs is, but he should get another job, all the voices sound the same!
