If the Dress Fits, Wear It

This episode is one of my favorite episodes of all time. Debbie Allen, Clare's real life sister plays a role much like the one she played on FAME. A militant instructor asked sought out to help whip Clare into shape (she was already in shape) to be able to fit into a nice dress Clare once fit. Clare is seen becoming as silly as Cliff is when trying to commit to a diet and exercise plan. She acts just like many of us do and that forever makes me laugh. I think of this episode when I do all I can before getting on a machine at the gym and I think of the outfits and everything. Clare tried so hard to come off stern and when she gets her cramps she buckles and has to admit how much the new plan hurts. It's just hilarious. The chemistry between Clare and her real life sister on screen is fantastic.

Of all the reruns I see on Nickelodeon and other stations , I rarely see this one. I am still waiting for this one! This episode is reason enough to buy the DVD of this season.
