    Great Episode

This is one of the better and most unpredictable episodes of this great series. A couple in maybe their 40s have an elderly uncle living with them. He is not as old as he appears at first though, we later learn he is only about 65. George passes away and the couple are faced with what to do after his death. Uncle George has had a pension check coming that has helped the struggling couple out and they do not want to lose it. The husband has a heart problems. So they set out to find a replacement for him. James Coburn introduces the story and is as cool as he always is. Copies of this are hard to find but if you do find it check it out! Once you find out the truth about "Uncle George" you'll cringe for sure!

One of the best of an underrated, terrific series.

Claude Akins and June Lockhart play a loving couple of decent folks in a bad situation after their beloved Uncle George dies. Dub Taylor comes along and looks like a solution to the problem. There's a twist at the end, of course, and I won't give it away.

A fine bit of acting by all concerned. Not a bit of over the top. That's what makes it so good. Give a watch. Hunting down the DVDs for this short-lived series is worth the trouble. Lots of big names and good story lines.

James Coburn is just creepy enough to set the tone in the introduction. This one follows another segment about a werewolf. Or is it a vampire? But this second installment concerns some good folks with a problem. They could be your neighbors down the street. Neighbors with a secret.
