    Meh...

The show begins in an apartment building. Three people are found dead and a fourth is found dead later. The detectives are stumped, as they can't find the murder weapon and there are no apparent witnesses. What happened and why are pretty weird and eventually they piece it all together.

I dunno. This episode didn't do much for me. Despite having four dead victims (a first for "Dragnet"--a show which rarely had murders), the episode didn't interest me all that much. I think the reason is that although there was a lot of mayhem, none of it was seen by the audience and it was only described after the fact. The experience seemed a lot like someone reading and describing the comics page from the newspaper--it loses a lot in the translation.
