Megan helps Drake and Josh clean up. Since Drake and Josh were solely responsible for the spring break party crowd in their home, Megan would not have helped unless she had made some sort of a deal with them to her advantage. No deal was made. However, it could be speculated that, had Megan not helped, all three of them would have been grounded: Drake and Josh for hosting the party and Megan for not calling their parents when it started.

When Josh has the phone down his pants it rings. Corded landlines will not ring when they're not hung up, the caller will hear a busy signal.
Drake and Josh's bedroom is infested with partiers, but when they bring in the gas tanks, there's conveniently no one in the room.
