I like this episode, but

So, Morris gets the büro-job. Smart decision. And I actualy like Morris.

The arsonist vs morphinist paralel is clever too, and well-executed.

What I don't get in the episode, why we have to suffer through a violation of basic human rights, namely baptism of an infant?

The Baptism Ceremony is not how actual Catholics perform it. The Godfather is not the one who holds the child, the Mother does. The Godfather just observes, nothing more.

Goofs
Susan says she's been an attending for seven years, which is two more than Carter. However, Carter didn't become an attending until season 10- one or two years ago. Five years before this episode he was still a resident, not an attending.
