Gage and DeSoto are concerned when they have to respond to a call 20 minutes away.

A good episode, while a another squad is responding to a hypochondriac, squad 51 goes to a heart attack victim more urgently needing their help. At the hospital an elderly woman wants an older doctor to examine her, her middle aged daughter ends up having a heart attack. In another case of a squad being far away, Gage and DeSoto are tending to non emergency fainting victim. They get permission to go to traffic accident with a victim with a fractured pelvis. The final rescue is a tense one, an escaped criminal is on a ledge and DeSoto has to go after him.

William Boyett has appeared on all of Jack Webb's series: Dragnet, in various roles; Adam 12, as regular character Sergeant "Mac" MacDonald; and Emergency!, as Battalion Chief McConnikee.

Goofs
As John And Roy Entered The Home Of The Possible Heart Attack Victim. The Man On The Floor Already Had Heart Monitor Patches On And The Sound Of The Heart Monitor Could Be Heard. John And Roy Hadn't Set Up Their Equipment Yet.
