Emergency!

Edit

Continuity

In the final call, Gage and DeSoto are wearing air packs and have helmets when they enter the building. When they emerge from the third floor windows, they no longer have the air packs or their helmets.

Revealing mistakes

When John and Roy are treating the dancer, just before John says, "She's semi - conscious" we hear a faint voice say "She's semi-" before the cut to John. It's either John from a different take or it's a crew member off-camera feeding him his line.
In the final cal, when Truck 106 from Rolling Hills Estates arrives at structure fire with 106 roundels on the doors, the number 8 can clearly be seen on top of the cab, signifying that it's actually Truck 8 from West Hollywood being used.

Miscellaneous

In the final call, when Roy jumps from the third story, the individual shown from the aerial view has a different baldness pattern than Roy DeSoto.

Character error

Michelle Noval was only 20 years old at the time of filming and was too young to have an 8 year old child.
