When Will is asking Hilary about her date he says "I heard somebody made a love connection." Then he puts up 2 fingers and switches them from front to back. This is a nod to the long running dating show Love Connection (1983) on which the host, Chuck Woolery used a catchphrase heading into each commercial break that the show would be back in "2 minutes, 2 seconds" and would make the same hand gesture Will did.
