The one where spoilt Rachel and whiny Ross harass everybody

A terrible episode. Not only are Ross and Rachel extremely annoying, there is not a single funny joke here. You will just get more and more annoyed at how stupid the whole episode is.

Ross and Rachel plan a birthday party without telling anyone, and then they demand that everybody changes their plans to suit their whims? Rachel goes all the way to New Jersey to get a special cake, and doesn't even look at it in the bakery, in fact she doesn't even look at it when she gets home, she only sees that the cake is not what she ordered well after the "party" has started? Rachel's parent's are not invited to that extra special birthday party?

So many dumb ideas, not a single funny joke.

    Not a good episode

Where are the father and mother of Rachel is their granddaughter birthday ?

Where are the sisters of Rachel ?

Where is Ben the son of Ross on his sister birthday ?

    Emma's true birthday date?

Didn't Rachel go into labor when it was a heat wave in New York City? And yet Emma's birthday is on a very cold day when everybody's wearing coats. And also, where was her older brother Ben? And where were Rachel's parentsDidn't Ross and Rachel say that they wanted everybody to be there for Emma's first birthday? And I'm also surprised that Rachel did not look at the birthday cake when she picked it up at the bakery? And Emma sleeping through most of the birthday and making everybody stay there when they had other things to do. I'm just mostly confused about Emma's actual birthday date anyway not the best episode in the series.

    • Trivia
Rare episode in which no scenes take place in Monica's apartment.
    • Goofs
Judy said that her parents died very young and that heart disease kills women too. In season 1, Ross' and Monica's grandmother (Judy's mom) dies. But the grandmother was clearly not young. She was about 80-90 years old when she died. So, she didn't die young as Judy claimed in this episode.
