The One with the Joke

I always like this episode, I think all three of the stories work, and there are some nice lines/moments along the way too.

Good stuff.

Difficult episode to rate

It's not great by any means, but not a lot of detractors.

I usually start off at 7 and then either go up or down from there.

But...lot of later friends episode, I almost feel like they start off at 6 and have to earn something in order to get to 7.

But I'm in a generous mood.

7 is fine.

Trivia
The customer at the coffee bar who overhears Joey say, "Sorry, this seat's saved" is J.D. Lewis. He is one of the top acting coaches in the world.

Goofs
In The One with the Chicken Pox (1996) when Monica is dating Richard, she specifies that she must sleep on her side of the bed, but Chandler is on that side when they're arguing that Ross stole the joke and that Phoebe picked Rachel.
