Florida's Favorite Passenger: Part 1

"Florida's Favorite Passenger" was the last two parter of the series, and the only one this final season. JJ's new animated creation of Dyno-Man requires him to take a bus to Gary, Indiana, to interview for assistant art director with a new comic book company. Bookman drops by to report the annual service check for the building elevator, which Thelma knows nothing about: "you probably don't remember the last one, you were just a baby!" Florida arrives home from work with one of the students that ride her bus, Larry Baker (Derek Wells), who was involved in a minor scuffle. While Larry appears to be slow, it's not long before Florida realizes that he has a hearing problem. Mrs. Baker (Bebe Drake-Hooks) rejects that notion, insisting that the boy just doesn't care, but when he almost falls down the elevator shaft she learns the awful truth.
