- Jed Kramer: This week, I thought it would be nice to show a movie I made, all about us.

- Jed Kramer: There's Mom sticking to her diet again. And Dad's getting his hair just right. Here's how come Sarah hogs the bathroom so much.
- Sara Kramer: Jed, you're such a pain.
- Jed Kramer: Guess whose new sweater Amy's trying?
- Amy Kramer: [to Jed] You little geek!
- [turns off video]
- Dad: Amy, where's your sense of humor?
- Jed Kramer: Yeah, I could win a fortune on that Fractured Family Video show.
- Sara Kramer: [to Amy] How many times do I have to tell you not to try on my clothes?
- Mom: [to Jed] That's not very nice. Next time, ask to use the camera.

- Amy Kramer: So, Dennis, how was your family picnic? Were you bothered by any ants?

- Amy Kramer: No, worse, termites. You've heard of The Terminator, well we had to call it The Exterminator.
- [laughs; Dennis' head pops off]
- Jed Kramer: That's the best part.
- Amy Kramer: This is so embarrassing.
- [throws Dennis's body onto floor]
- Amy Kramer: You said I could get a new one.
- Dad: So I did. Why don't you look behind the couch?
- Amy Kramer: Really? You really got me a new dummy?
- Dad: Well, almost new. I was, uh, I was passing the secondhand store near my office. There he was just sittin' in the window.
- Amy Kramer: Oh, wow, he's great.
- [reads inside of case]
- Amy Kramer: "Slappy". Daddy, thank you.
- [reads card]
- Amy Kramer: "Karru Marri Odonna Loma Molonu Karrano". Sounds like a foreign language or something.
- Jed Kramer: It probably means: It takes a dummy to want a dummy.
- Amy Kramer: You and I are gonna make a great team. I just know it.
