Trivia
A sub-plot involves Bill worrying about his mortality after a colleague that was his age died of a heart attack. Robert Culp would live until 2010, passing away at age 79 from a heart attack. At the time, Culp was 50 years old.

Goofs
During the montage, Bill is shown lying on the bed and looking at the ceiling fan. The final shot is an upper body shot of him with fan blades turning; but the shadow includes a metal screen around the blades from a free-stand or desk fan rather than a ceiling fan shadow.
