In the beginning when Jimmy falls (after being drugged) his head is towards the front of the car but after the explosion when they show him again his head is facing the trunk of the car.
When Kono finds the military man hiding behind the curtain on the boat, he addresses him as "sergeant." His rank is that of a sergeant major (note three chevrons up, three chevrons down and a star in the middle) - and he definitely would have corrected them on that. Anybody who served in the military would get chewed out for that.
Toward the end of the show, just before the shootout, they are dragging an unconscious Jimmy to the car in the parking garage. But you can see him lift his leg to step on the curb, and bend his leg as they are getting ready to sit him down on the ground. If he was really unconscious, he wouldn't be moving his legs on his own like that.
Right after the shootout in the parking garage Colfax, Jimmy and McGarrett all choose to run up the down escalator instead of the up escalator right next to it.
A police car brings Mr. Nuanu in with its lights and siren on. The police only use lights and sirens in an emergency, not when bringing a suspect in.
