Trivia
Dr Robertson's mind control triggering device is actually a Mini-Maglite flashlight, painted silver with a bit of translucent plastic over the lens. This model is turned on and off by twisting it, which also alters the position of the bulb within the reflector to vary the beam angle from spot to flood.

Goofs
The "mind control" chip being implanted in Jason was actually nothing more than a Texas Instruments TIL305 which is an alphanumeric LED display and actually would have nothing to do with mind control, but rather show lit up numbers and letters for a calculator.
