This episode is essentially a carbon copy of a previous episode. However, Elizabeth Montgomery was so effective at what she did, she made everything good. One thing unique to this episode was when Samantha got drunk! She was a sexy drunk, and she was so pretty, even with those silly stripes on her face. Another curious thing was an appearance by Reta Shaw as Aunt Hagatha. Shaw appeared in Season One, as a different character. She was also the third actress to play Hagatha, a character that was more often only mentioned. Overall, this episode is a passable retread of another episode-but Elizabeth made it all better.

Trivia
Last appearance of Bernard Fox as Dr. Bombay in the series, although he would later reprise the role in the spin-off Tabitha (1976) and the fantasy-based soap opera Passions (1999).

Goofs
When the police arrive, it is not the Morning Glory neighborhood typically seen with Kravitz across the street. When police move away, the shadow of the car can be seen revealing the painted back drop.
