Lindsay Wagner in The Bionic Woman (1976)

Goofs

Jaime's Mother

The Bionic Woman

Edit

Continuity

When Jaime is shown sleeping in bed, her outfit changes from a white V neck sleep shirt to a pale blue nightgown tied at the neck to back to the white V neck sleep shirt.
Jaime bends the bed during her dream but when gets up to answer the phone and when Jaime discusses the dream with Helen the bed is undamaged.
When Jaime is dreaming about her mom and herself during childhood, she is reaching her bionic arm back and bending one of the bed's headboard-rails with her hand. Yet in another shot of Jaime's fitfully-sleeping head during that same period, both her hands are on her collar as she nervously fiddles with it in her sleep.
While watching for a pursuing vehicle in the rear-view mirror, Chris sees a blue car receding into the distance, yet no vehicles had passed her car going in the opposite direction just prior to her looking in the mirror.
Jaime's ear is mostly covered with her hair in the wide-angle shots of her listening to the conversation between Chris and the mercs, but it is completely uncovered in the close-up shot.

Revealing mistakes

When the mercs are watching for Jaime to come out of the bank and rejoin Chris in her car, a squarish-backed late-60's blue station wagon with a white top is approaching their parked position from behind, and then as they are about to follow Chris and Jaime a couple minutes later, the same station wagon passes them and goes on down the street. Obviously just a cut-up shot of the car passing them, since it would not still be that close to them a minute or two later.

Character error

Oscar asks Jaime, "Where are you?" over the phone, but he had called and reached her at her apartment number, so he would have known where she was simply by noticing which phone number he had reached her at.
Chris refers to Jaime's necklace as a "locket", yet it is clearly just a flat spidery-framework design pendant made from just a single layer of sheet-metal; it does not have a pouch or compartment of any kind.
From her position in the car, Jaime is plenty close enough to where the mercs are standing for her to hear the mercs and Chris talking, so Chris wouldn't have thought that Jaime couldn't have heard their conversation or that she would believe what Chris was telling her about the mercs just being FBI agents.
