This episode is exquisite, as much as exceptional. It takes place in a deep French countryside village where strange things happen. And French TV industry has always liked this kind of topics, a mix up of fantasy, mystery, horror but here, for this genuine crime drmama TV show, the horror element is very very low. That said, I highly recommend this episode, where the rational will be stronger than the fantasy. Excellent fist - and foot - fight scenes, where it is funny to see men in 1910's fight like Jean-Claude Van Damme.... Good and solid story, though it is not really new. Anyway, I don't care. It remains among the best episodes of the series so far.
