    Baron of Broken Lance

Trouble brews when Bronco is leading a wagon train through the wilderness, not just by injuns. When an old army buddy of his -Pete- joins the train along with a runaway daughter of a powerful cattle rancher, things hit the fan as the father is very disapproving of the Union. He treats his daughter like crap and his daughter hates him. He wants his daughter back, even when she marries Pete - he's willing to shoot him and bring his daughter back. Standing in his way is not just Bronco but a bounty hunter who is here to take Pete back for trial.

But things take a dramatic turn when Sioux are on the warpath and Pete and his wife, who have ridden from the wagon train and the angry father, are in danger ....

Quite a good episode, not just because of the action at the end or the pace, but the characters and how their motivations and feelings change. Strained relationship between daughter and father is very well done. They both hate each other but we learn that hate is just a negative shield for love. All is revealed at the end.
