A Good Show With Paul Sand And Eydie Gorme

There is a quick Q&A where someone asks about the music on the show, Carol introduces musical director Peter Matz who waves from the control room.

Then we get a very funny sketch of a parolee (Harvey) who is in a restaurant with his big mouth girl friend(Carol ). She starts trouble with a cop, a waitress (Vicki) and a biker (Lyle).

Eydie Gorme sings a song-"Take One Step".

There is an amusing sketch about newlyweds driving around trying to find a motel. Carol is the bride and Paul Sand is the nervous groom.

Harvey gets a rare solo spotlight singing a song "Royalty" from the movie "Huckleberry Finn" in which he appeared in that year.

There is a funny salute to movie serials- Dr Kildare is played by Sand and Harvey does a funny impression of Lionel Barrymore. The Cisco Kid-Sand is Cisco, Lyle is Pancho and Carol gets to do her hilarious Charo impression. Tarzan-Lyle and Carol play Tarzan and Jane in the New York Adventure. Carol gets to do her Tarzan yell. The Wolf Man-Carol and Sand play a couple whose car breaks down in front of castle. It is filled with a crazy housekeeper (Gorme), a gypsy fortune teller (Vicki) and a werewolf (Harvey). The finale is dedicated to the Dead End Kids, with Lyle as a cop and Carol, Harvey, Sand and Gorme as the kids. They sings "Gee Officer Krupke" from "West Side Story'.

Carol then sings her theme song in the same Brooklynese accent she used in the Dead End Kid sketch.
