    2 Musical Guests

At the start of Q&A, Carol announces Bernadette Peters and Mama Cass Elliot are the guests. There are mostly all kids asking questions.

A very funny Carol and Sis sketch is next. Chrissy is waiting for her boyfriend Stanley (played by Tom Lowell). Roger comes home and says he had a fight with someone after a car accident. Stanley arrives while Roger is out of the room and says he had a fight with some jerk. Carol and Chrissy try to keep the two from seeing each other, a good punchline to this.

Cass Elliot sings "The Look Of Love" with the dancers.

A funny sketch has Lyle as a drunken sound man, while Carol and Harvey try to do a play with crazy sound effects.

Bernadette Peters sings a medley of the Association's hit "Cherish" and the pop standard "It Had To BeYou"

As The Stomach Turns is next. Marion meets an old friend Susie Shrimpton,(Cass Elliot) who is now a fashion model. Harvey plays her old boyfriend Randy Wahoo, an underground filmmaker, a takeoff on Andy Warhol. Bernadette plays a tap dancing nun.

Carol, Cass and Bernadette sing the Carole King song "You've Got A Friend". They slip in a line from the Mamas and Papas hit "Monday Monday"

Carol mentions pollution, sings her theme and the guest sign her book.
