Charlie's Angels

Edit

Continuity

Sabrina wears a bracelet on her right wrist but it is not on her wrist as she points to Charlie's missing photograph. As she returns to her seat, her bracelet is back.
Throughout the bulk of the show, it appears that Sabrina wears a first lieutenant's silver bar. However, toward the end of the show, when she is with Kelly and her M-16, Sabrina is clearly wearing a second lieutenant's brass bar.
Sgt. Billings brings Jill to the airplane hangar in sunlight but when Dr. Conlan enters, it is dusk outside. When the other Angels arrive later, it is sunny again.

Factual errors

Near the beginning Charlie states that Mary Jo Walker was shot with an M16, with no trace of the weapon. This means that they only know the bullet caliber, not the weapon make or model. This info would not be available from bullet side or wound.

Revealing mistakes

Wearing their fatigues, Jill and Kelly were "out of uniform." Their next-to-top buttons were not buttoned, and they wore "preppy" (turned-up) collars. They also did not remove their "covers" (hats) while indoors... a "no, no" in the military. (They were already "covered" by the ceilings.)
Female captain "Cicely" also wore her hat indoors... a "no, no" in the military. She wore it in the general's office, and again in Charlie's office. Also, her captain's bars should have been on her right collar.

Miscellaneous

The hair on the male soldiers is much longer than allowed. It may have been in style for civilians at the time but the actors were playing military roles. The sideburns on Sergeant First Class (SFC) Billings were especially outrageous.
Even while undercover in boot-camp, the Angels wear full makeup at all times.
The insignia on Sgt. Billings' sleeves indicates his rank as sergeant first class but the plaque on his desk says "S/SGT" (staff sergeant) - one rank below.
Peter Leeds is credited as General Green but on his name tag and the sign on his desk, it's spelled "Greene".
Brigadier General Green wears a black belt buckle when, according to Army regulations, it must be brass.

Crew or equipment visible

With Kelly and Jill as passengers in a jeep, Sabrina chases after SFC Billings trying to escape in a plane. The shadow of the camera is clearly visible on the jeep.

Character error

Sabrina refers to her lieutenant bars but points to her branch insignia (nurse).
