A couple of days before the wedding of Elliot Spencer and Allison Michaels, his mother Mrs. Grace Spencer is unexpectedly visited by her old acquaintance Hannah Webster and Jade D'Mon, who put a spell on Elliot to marry Jade, actually the demon Hecate, with the intention to get pregnant and have an offspring. Piper is hired to cater the wedding, while Phoebe has a premonition of the birth of a demon baby. When a priest is murdered in the mansion with an ancient dagger, Prue discloses the mystery and together with her sisters, they decide to help Allison and destroy the demon.
"The Wedding from Hell" is a good episode with a weak conclusion, since nobody including Andy question what happened with the ceremony and mostly with Jade. Anyway, the situations with the nice trio of lead actresses make this show worthwhile. My vote is eight.

Title (Brazil): "Um Casamento dos Infernos" ("A Wedding from Hells")
It's extremely corny in a very cheesy and awkward way, but I love it anyway and is one I rewatch ever so often. This is where the show began to find its footing, and stopped having pacing issues and scenes that could drag the episode down. Hecate is a good « demoness » of the week, though not used to its full potential. Which is what bothers me about that episode, the mythology of the demon and its plan are far more interesting than what the script gives it credit for. But I think it's because the network couldn't make the show too scary and complex yet, especially on its earlier episodes. The one liners overall humor, are also on point and those I remember the most. Like I said, even though it's as scary episode as can be when you're like, ten? It's not without its charm and is part of a year where the show was still finding itself, with characters and places you wouldn't find in other seasons...
