When Sam and Carla are in the hotel room, the bathroom door is sometimes open and sometimes closed.
In the opening sequence, Sam, Rebecca, and Norm ascend the steps on the outside of the front door. There is no window on the wall where a window should be (based on scenes from inside the bar).
While the gang is waiting for Sam and his old teammate to return from tryouts, a person is seen waiting outside the front door during two separate shots. The person is wearing a dark colored jacket, Most likely it is Sam waiting for his cue to enter. A couple minutes later, in walks Sam and his teammate enter wearing the same colored jacket as the person outside.
